HP/UHP Water Jetting:

Water jetting is a highly effective method which can be used as a cleaning, cutting or jetting technique. It is a way to provide an environmentally friendly

The exact intensity and effect of HP and UHP systems can be varied almost infinitely by pressure selection within a 3,000 to 36,000 psi range and volume delivery from 4 to 180 gallons per minute.

Chemicleans high performance systems deliver a unique solution to each tailor made project. The technique is widely used for general de-scaling and cleaning of industrial equipment. It is also particularly suited to removal of coatings such as paint and epoxy resin plus a variety of linings including rubber and glass fibre.
Chemiclean also offers blasting as well as dry abrasive blasting.

Hydro Demolition:

This technique is used for cutting and removing concrete from a structure by the use of high pressure water jet typically from 15,000psi to 40,000psi.  It is very effective for use in areas that are deteriorated or containminated concrete, plus many more aggregates.  a surface prepared using hydro domolition will provide the best possible for all tyoe(s) of repair materials and any remaining aggregates that protrude from the existing surface will provide the excellent resistance for the bond lin.

Hydro demolition is the only non-mechanicl method of removing deterioted concrete in preparation for a repair material or overlay.  Mechanical removal equipment, such as jackhammers that impact the repair for which can make surface causing micro fractures to develop and as well as injuring jackhammer operators in comparison when holding on to a jack hammer when it is overhaed, there is a big fatigue factor. Hydro demolition equipment weighs 15-20 pounds and jackhammer weighs abour 60 pounds.  The micro fractures can extend to 1/4 to 1/2 inch into the surface, damaging (or bruising) the substrate and hydro demolition helps to prevent micro-cracking.  Prevention is twice as good as a cure!

Hand held lance is ideal for the large volume of removal jobs adn the conditions for manual control is reuired because Robot access is not at all possible.  we can work to acuracy and down to the mm.

There are many benefits to why you would want touse hydro demolition, here are some of the named few:

* Does not damage stee within the structure

*Cuts material without the risk of explosion or fire

* No heat generating from this

* Minimze dust preduced using traditional methods

* Vibration and potential damage, saving you time and mony

*Rough and irregular profile contains more surface area per square foot than any other type of concrete removal(for which we know of)

* Elimates the need for sandblastining
