Pyrolsis Oven Process:

It is one of the most effective methods of removing a paint coating from a component.  Pyrolsis oven cleaning is the thermal decomposition of organic materials in a low-oxygen environment.  It works by vaporising the volatile constituents of any coating applied to the product. the vapor is passed through a seond, high temperature chamber and this then converts the volatile vapour into safe gasses that is discharged into the atmosphere.  When the amount of volatile vapour increases, the temperature in the secondary chamber will start to rise.  The increase of temperature will initiate water sprays inside the main oven chamber, which reduces the production of volatile gasses to an acceptable level and the temperature in the secondary chamber will fall.

Components cleaned:

* Paint process

* Aerospace

* Automotive

*Engineering

* Filters

* Jig stripping

* Paint booth grids

* Recycling steel

* Cleaning moulds

*Items prone to rusting in acid based solution

The pyrolsis oven cleaning procedure can be controlled to take place in step according to the type of material being burnt off!

Environment:

Unlike traditional chemical cleaning methods of the disposal of spent solvents; the pyrolsis oven cleaning process converts the vaporised coating into gases that consist of mainly water vapour and carbon dioxide.  This is then safely and legally discharged into the atmosphere: as it has no harmful gases and is invisible.
